The Duke-Margolis Capital Impact Council: Advancing Private Investment That Improves Health Care and Health
Register
Private investment provides critical resources that enable existing and new health care organizations to provide access to better treatments, improve outcomes, increase affordability, and strengthen communities. However, there are real and understandable public concerns about private investment activities that are not working as intended and leaving critical and urgent health reform goals unrealized. The Duke-Margolis Capital Impact Council (CIC) is a group of highly engaged venture capital and private equity investors dedicated to advancing and supporting private health care investments that are aligned with the goals of improving health and the value of health care. The CIC's new Health Value Evidence Quality Framework aims to accelerate development of valid health value evidence, with the goal of high-quality HV-ROI generation becoming a routine, practical element of health care investment. Join us on March 6 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time, to learn more about the CIC, its recent framework, and how CIC members are currently applying the framework principles in their own investments.
