Morgan Romine is a Policy Fellow for Strategic Engagement at the Duke-Robert J. Margolis, MD, Center for Health Policy in Washington, DC. He currently oversees projects related to biomedical innovation, covering a wide range of issues from drug discovery and development to regulatory review and approval to post-market evidence generation. Before joining the Duke-Margolis Center, Morgan was a Research Associate with the Brookings Institution’s Center for Health Policy and on research staff at the Stowers Institute for Medical Research in Kansas City, Missouri.
