Neil Rowen is a Policy Research Assistant who supports work across the Center's Payment and Delivery System Reform team. Neil comes to Duke-Margolis from UNC where he recently received his bachelor's degree in Health Policy and Management at the Gillings School of Global Public Health. There he engaged in research projects on population health risk assessments and developing tools to measure corporate culture of health.
