Sarah Fogler PhD

Sarah Fogler is Senior Research Director for Health Care Transformation at Duke-Margolis. Sarah has more than two decades of senior leadership experience at the intersection of health policy, delivery system reform, payment reform, and accountable care. She has served in the Senior Executive Service at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation, where she has led the design, implementation, and evaluation of large-scale Medicare and Medicaid payment and service delivery models spanning primary, specialty, and digitally enabled care to improve population health. Sarah plays a critical role in advancing Duke-Margolis’s broad efforts on health care transformation and also support cross-Institute research synergies to improve health and health care for all.
