Yolande is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Duke-Margolis Institute for Health Policy. She helps coordinate the Institute’s work on value-based care delivery and payment reform efforts in global health as well as state-related projects on health care transformation and health equity. 

Yolande previously worked as a graduate research assistant for the NIH-funded Minority Health and Health Disparities International Research Training program and has engaged in research projects in St. Kitts and Nevis, Nicaragua, Uganda and Brazil. She holds a Master of Science in Global Health from Duke University and a B.A. in Cognitive Science with concentrations in Neuroscience & Linguistics from the University of Virginia.
