Comment Letter on CMS FY 27 Updates to Payment Policies

Duke-Margolis appreciates the opportunity to comment on this notice of proposed rulemaking. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS or the Agency) proposes a number of important policy changes and continuations that further the Agency’s goal to achieve more longitudinal, technology-enabled accountable relationships between providers and beneficiaries. CMS’ updated strategic priorities further underscore a commitment to informed choice and competition to drive better care and affordability through program spending, cost, and value alignment and leveraging technology to improve health outcomes.
