Taruni Santanam

Research Assistant

Taruni Santanam is an Associate in Research supporting a range of projects on patient-provider communication, healthcare decision-making and health services research. Prior to joining Duke-Margolis, she led a project addressing social determinants of health in partnership with a local federally qualified health center. She has also previously conducted research in a Neurobehavioral Pharmacology lab where she investigated the effects of voluntary alcohol consumption on molecular signaling pathways in the brain.
