Exploring Novel Statistical Methods for Rare Disease and Small Population Clinical Trials

Duke-Margolis will convene a private statistical expert workshop focused on exploring the critical barriers to conducting trials in rare disease areas and the innovative statistical methods and trial designs that could potentially overcome them. Invited experts will discuss their experiences with promising statistical approaches, infrastructure and policy challenges, and considerations related to the regulatory acceptance of novel methods.
