Join Duke-Margolis on April 4, 2024, to discuss opportunities to strengthen high-value specialty care across the care continuum by advancing the adoption of aligned design elements. There will be a discussion on complementary initiatives led by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and other health care leaders. CMS officials and health care experts will gather to discuss the following topics:

  • Updates to CMMI's specialty care strategy, including key initiatives to strengthen data sharing and other upcoming initiatives
  • Opportunities for specialty integration into accountable care organizations
  • How specialty clinicians and partner organizations can complement the CMS agenda to advance specialty opportunities along the care continuum, including longitudinal models
  • Efforts to develop and expand longitudinal models through quality measure development and improved data sharing and referral strategies to develop effective payment models.

This webinar is part of a five-year, collaborative initiative between the Duke-Margolis Institute for Health Policy and West Health to to advance and accelerate value-based payment reform in the U.S. health care system.
