NC Medicaid Reform Advisory Team Kickoff

Duke-Margolis’ Bass Connections course on NC Medicaid Reform kicked off with a boot camp session, held December 9th.  Students got to know each other and learn from an overview of Medicaid presented by Don Taylor, PhD, MPP, and an explanation of the Section 1115 waiver process from Barak Richman, PhD.
