Anthony Salgado

Anthony Salgado is a rising sophomore at Duke University majoring in Political Science. He is involved in the Chronicle Op-Ed and Duke Student Government. His goal is to increase the access and quality of healthcare for historically marginalized populations. In particular, he values the work of grassroots community-based organizations. He believes this intersection of policy and healthcare is a necessity to realize a truly equitable system. This summer, through the Huang Fellows Program, Anthony will be researching health systems and policy in global health.
