Claire Sibold, MD'26
Claire is a medical student at Duke in the Primary Care Leadership Track. She graduated from Davidson College with a degree in Biology and Health and Human Values in 2020. Prior to coming to Duke for medical school, she completed Ethics research at Emory Winship Cancer Institute. Claire is interested in pursuing a medical specialty that will allow her to comprehensively serve high-need populations at the patient and community level. She is interested in community-based solutions for housing insecurity, home-based primary care, and integrated care for people of all ages. Her research will focus on a pilot care management model for children in foster care within North Carolina. As a Margolis Scholar, Claire is looking forward to collaborating with students from different programs to develop a deeper understanding of health policy in North Carolina.
