
Ginny is an MBA candidate specializing in health sector management, holding a PharmD from the University of British Columbia. Ginny's professional experience as a pharmacist spans various healthcare settings, including hospitals, pharmacies, health authorities, and non-profit organizations. Throughout her career, she has recognized the significance of upstream policies and interventions in enhancing patient-centered care. This understanding has fueled her passion for exploring the convergence of payers and providers, as well as value-based reimbursement models that promote equitable access to healthcare. Driven by her diverse experiences, Ginny is eager to investigate how policy can shape business standards and facilitate transformative investments, ultimately working towards establishing a sustainable healthcare system. In addition to being a Margolis Scholar, Ginny is a recipient of the Manning Family Foundation Scholarship in Health Care Business Leadership and spent her summer interning at McKinsey & Company. During the Margolis Scholars Program, Ginny looks forward to learning from and collaborating with the Margolis Center faculty and her fellow scholars to help shape the tomorrow of our health care to be more resilient, interconnected, and predictive.
