Kevin earned his BA in Economics and Politics at Occidental College in Los Angeles,California. While at Occidental, he received a research grant as a Richter Fellow to study rural access to health care under the National Health Insurance Scheme in Tamale, Ghana. Prior to enrolling at Duke Law, he worked for a national supplier of diagnostic imaging technology as a clinical demand analyst and strategic account manager, consulting with health care providers to develop asset management programs that leveraged technology mobilization and financial flexibility to more precisely address the clinical needs of their service areas. Kevin’s interests include value-based health care reform, addressing health disparities for rural communities in the South, and expanding access to care for low-income populations.
