Matthew Nuzzolo

Matthew Nuzzolo is a rising junior studying at Duke University from Yardley, Pennsylvania. He is majoring in Biology with a concentration in Cell and Molecular Biology and minoring in Global Health and Chemistry. At Duke University, Matthew is involved in the Student Collaborative on Health Policy (SCOHP) where he served as the Sponsorship Chair on the planning committee for the 2023 Duke-Margolis Health Policy Case Competition. He is also the Treasurer of the Duke Journal for Health Equity and an incoming Bass Connections Fellow working on developing a roadmap for goals of care conversations at Duke Health. This summer, Matthew will be working this summer with Dr. Susan Spratt to assess how the Duke ACO oversees quality metrics and implements change at the patient, provider, and informatics level to improve health related social needs.
