Mia Williams is a Policy Analyst on the Biomedical Innovation team, where she supports initiatives under the FDA cooperative agreements and the drug repurposing portfolio. Before joining Duke-Margolis, Mia worked with the Virginia Tech Institute for Policy and Governance on the Connection to Care project, a regional effort aimed at addressing the opioid epidemic in the Roanoke Valley.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise, and a Master of Public Health from Virginia Tech. Mia is also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
