Mia Williams is a Policy Analyst working with the Biomedical Innovation team to support the work occurring under the FDA Cooperative Agreements. Prior to joining Duke-Margolis, Mia worked at the Virginia Tech Institute for Policy and Governance on their Connection to Care project, an initiative to address the opioid epidemic in the Roanoke Valley area. Mia graduated from Virginia Tech where she received a Bachelor's of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise and a Master's of Public Health. Additionally, she is a Certified Health Education Specialist.
