Michelina Schuster MSN/DNP '28

Michelina Schuster is a MSN and DNP student at Duke University. Michelina currently works as a nurse at Duke University Hospital in the Surgical/Trauma Intensive Care Unit and the Patient Response Team. During the COVID-19 Pandemic Michelina's passion for health equity and health policy was ignited. Her interests in health policy include improving healthcare access, quality and women's health. She plans to integrate her clinical expertise and passion for education and advocacy to elicit the necessary changes needed to promote systemic change within the current system.
