Priyanka Dowdell

Priyanka Dowdell is a Master of Public Policy student concentrating in Health Policy at Duke University. She is from Seattle, WA, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Biomedical Ethics from the University of San Diego. She is involved in Sanford Women in Policy, Sanford Social Committee, various intramural sports, and serves as the Sanford writing tutor. Before coming to Duke, Priyanka worked in public health consulting, where she focused on projects related to opioid use disorder and policies that address social determinants of health. This summer, she is excited to be a Graduate Research Intern in Durham, NC working on evaluating the North Carolina Integrated Care for Kids pilot.
