Sammy is a graduate student at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health studying Health Policy. In 2021, she graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Neuroscience and a minor in Global Health and Health Policy. As an undergraduate, she was a student athlete (soccer) and peer counselor. Her work as a graduate research assistant at Johns Hopkins has focused on the potential of global budget payment models to improve health equity and reduce health disparities. This summer, Sammy will be working on payment reform projects on the Health Care Transformation work stream.
