Samantha (Sam) Repka is a Research Associate who supports work across the Institute’s healthcare transformation team. Sam comes to Duke-Margolis from the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where she served as a Director of Public Policy. Prior to her time in NYC, she was a Senior Manager at AcademyHealth and a Teach for America Corps Member. She holds a Master of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
