Sydney Grube MBA '26

Sydney is currently pursuing an MBA at the Fuqua School of Business with a certificate in Health Sector Management. Before joining Fuqua, she was a Manager of Operations at Evergreen Nephrology, a healthcare start-up dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes for individuals with chronic kidney disease. In this role, Sydney spearheaded key technology and performance improvement initiatives. Before this role, Sydney worked as a consultant at Kaufman Hall, where she leveraged data to improve patient care transitions across a range of health system clients. In addition to being a Margolis Scholar, Sydney is a recipient of the Manning Family Foundation Scholarship in Health Care Business Leadership and is eager to explore the intersection of policy and care delivery operations. Moreover, her goal is to broaden her healthcare policy knowledge by learning from fellow Margolis Scholars and Duke’s renowned faculty.
