COVID-19 Vaccination Plans by State
States are poised to embark on the largest vaccination campaign in history to ensure that a safe and effective COVID-19 vaccine is available for hundreds of millions of Americans. Duke-Margolis co-authored a new report with the National Governors Association and the COVID Collaborative that analyzes state and territorial COVID-19 vaccination plans, current as of December 3, 2020, submitted to the CDC.
The paper highlights strategies and critical issues confronting states as they prepare to distribute FDA-approved vaccines, including equity, data infrastructure, effective public communication strategies, and determinations for allocation to critical populations and phasing of vaccine delivery across population groups.
