Diksha Yadav MBA '27

Diksha Yadav is a Master of Business Administration candidate at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, pursuing a certificate in Health Sector Management. Trained as a physician at Maulana Azad Medical College, University of Delhi, she worked in public hospitals across India with a focus on primary care and rural health. Her experience includes leading reproductive and menstrual health programs for women and adolescent girls in underserved communities.

She is interested in how health systems can improve access to reliable information, through both technology and frontline health workers, to strengthen care in low-resource settings. As a Margolis Scholar, she looks forward to contributing to interdisciplinary research and exploring how policy and responsible AI adoption can support scalable innovations in care delivery.
