Nisha Kumar

Nisha Kumar is a Master in Public Policy student at the Harvard Kennedy School and has three years of experience working as a data analytic contractor for CMS and the Department of Justice, supporting their provider fraud, waste and abuse initiatives. She hopes to transition to working on broader policy questions on healthcare innovation, starting with value-based care and alternative payment models. She is a California native and enjoys the outdoors, live music, and all things art-related. This summer, Nisha will be working on the safety-net project, developing alternative payment models for the health care safety net for the Health Care Transformation work stream.
