Thomas Roades is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Duke-Margolis Institute for Health Policy. He works on the Biomedical Innovation portfolio and has focused on issues including drug supply chain and drug shortages, public health and pandemic preparedness, and FDA policy during his time at Duke-Margolis. Prior to joining Duke-Margolis, he received his Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Virginia.
