This public in-person and virtual event will explore the future of AI in health care, with a focus on balancing the need for innovation with safety and real-world clinical impact. Experts will discuss how AI is poised to transform health care delivery, while also discussing strategies for evaluating clinical outcomes and promoting better outcomes and lower costs for all patients. A panel of Federal policy leaders will address how these issues intersect with emerging government policies to advance safe and equitable implementation of AI solutions into health care. Attendees also will hear about efforts nationally and at Duke to advance responsible and trustworthy AI development and implementation.
